I've spent over two decades at the intersection of governance, strategy and transformation - in boardrooms, regulatory environments and moments where organizations either evolve or stay stuck.

My work centers on helping boards and leaders navigate complexity: governance that enables transformation, regulatory challenges, strategic repositioning, and organizational change. The most interesting moments are inflection points, where the old playbook stops working and leaders need both strategic clarity and practical execution.
